Why is this different than a gym or other class?
Our camps follow the same fitness philosophy as our individual training. They are uniquely designed to be solutions to your fitness concerns and deliver functionality for your life. You will be better in life.
Camp exercises provide an effective overall body format that utilizes principals of stabilization, balance, speed, strength, and cardio vascular exercises.
Why is our Boot Camp different than other boot camps?
This is Not your everyday boot camp… We don’t pick a hand full of calisthenics exercises and perform them as many times as possible within our hour.
Each class is systematically designed to warm up your muscles, preparing your body for training. We mix core and strength training with fun energetic cardio drills to truly improve your physique…not just a run in the park.
You will burn fat, flatten your stomach, firm hips and thighs, and tone your entire body
We encourage all levels of fitness to participate and modify every exercise accordingly.
After your workout you will feel great. A bit worked perhaps, but proud of yourself, and no doubt ready for the next camp.

Participants need to bring to class:
a floor mat, water bottle, hand weights (5 -10 lbs.), and a positive
attitude to to have fun while investing in the changes they desire. You only get one body.
