You can select from our fitness boot camps around Orange County, California. We have Monday, Wednesday, and Friday boot camps in Newport Coast at the Newport Coast Community Center (NCCC) in the morning and in the evening on Monday and Wednesday at this same location. We also have morning boot camps Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Wood Flower Park in the Woodbridge community in Irvine, California. Or you can select from our morning and evening boot camps on Tuesday and Thursday located at East Bluff Field in Newport Beach, California.

Holiday Fat Blast Special
Designed to get you through the holidays with a minimum of No weight gain, and a maximum of weight lost. Choose any of our locations to enroll for this 3 week, super calorie burn, focused on you trimming up at holiday time and being ready for the new year, toned, trim, and with weight lost.

NCCC
Newport Coast Community Center (NCCC)

The NCCC is located at the corner of San Joaquin Hills Rd., and Newport Coast Dr.
Parking: A large parking lot is available off of San Joaquin Hills Road. Parking is free.
Boot Camp Location: Once you arrive, you can find our group located outside, to the left of the center as you face it from the parking lot. If you can't find us just go to the front desk and ask for the LeFever Wellness Boot Camp.
Morning Boot Camp Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Evening Boot Camp Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
This boot camp is for women only. We focus our exercises on cardio for weight control, strength exercises that will help you tone your hips, core, tummy, and other "problem areas."
Be sure to bring a water bottle (full of water) and a work out towel. Wear proper exercise atire with good athletic shoes. Other exercise equipment will be provided. Fit Body Bands, and the Fit Body Band Program are available for purchase if you would like to take one home.

From Jamboree South: (driving toward the coast), turn right on Eastbluff Dr., drive about a mile an turn RIGHT on Vista Del Sol (just past the shopping center), then left on Vista Del Oro and find the parking lot on the right.
From Jamboree North: (driving away from the coast), turn left on Eastbluff Dr., drive about a mile and turn LEFT on Vista Del Sol (just before the shopping center), then left on Vista Del Oro and find the parking lot on the right.
Parking: A large parking lot is available for the park along Vista Del Oro. Parking is free.
Boot Camp Location: Once you arrive at the parking lot you will find our group located to the left of the baseball diamond and down the walking path. If you can't find us, call Coach Greg at (123) 456-7890.
Early Morning Boot Camp Time: 6:00 am - 7:00 am
Mid-Morning Boot Camp Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
This boot camp is for all ages and people at all levels of fitness, and works even better when you bring a friend! We focus on cardio and strength building exercises that will help you loose weight and firm up your musles. Depending on your individual goals, Coach Greg will show you how to tone or build your muscle. He will also instruct you on the fit body bands, and will have bands available for purchase if you want to continue the program at home between boot camp classes.

About half way between Culver and Jeffrey, Lake Road connects Barranca Pkwy and Alton Pkwy. The park is on the corner Lake Road and Alton Pkwy.
